The temperature has dropped from yesterday. It was a beautiful morning but a little chilly and windy out on the sand.
A few more panoramic images of DC. An early morning view of The Capitol Building followed by Pennsylvania Ave at the Canadian Embassy.
The White House
A few panos from yesterday’s photo walk in DC. The first one is Louisiana Ave near Union Station. The next one is looking up Pennsylvania Ave from near The Capitol Building.
Looking out from Children’s National Medical Center.
Michigan Ave, NW by McMillan Reservoir.
The Capitol Building and Reflecting Pool.
I took a couple of panoramic images of Bethesda Ave, trying to decide the best place to have the image split. After taking the two pictures I decided to join them together and ended up with a full 360 and a little bit more.
It was a busy afternoon in Downtown Bethesda as people flocked to the Arts Festival. Hopefully the weather will be as nice tomorrow when I am off and can have a proper walk around.
In all my mornings waiting for the store to open I had never noticed that the lights on the side of the building are set up to create a circle on the top of the arch.
After getting off the bus at Medical Center I headed along the Bethesda Trolley Trail towards downtown Bethesda. I stopped outside of NIH to take a couple of 360 panos from different sides of a small lake.
I missed the actual sunrise, that happened in the rear view mirror as I was driving to work. The view from the top of the parking garage was still worth a few minutes before a busy day at the Fruit Stand.
Rhode Island Ave and Florida Ave from my afternoon walk yesterday. The top image is created with Tiny Planets Pro and the bottom image is the original iPhone 6 pano.
