It was a beautiful morning in Bethesda, hoodie and shorts weather.
I was up and about early today and decided to ride the bus to work. It was a nice morning to walk and the little bit of color while waiting at the bus stop was a bonus.
Rhode Island Ave and Florida Ave from my afternoon walk yesterday. The top image is created with Tiny Planets Pro and the bottom image is the original iPhone 6 pano.
Due to Pennsylvania Ave being closed for the annual Turkish Festival I was able to stand in the middle of the street to take a panoramic image. Wouldn’t want to try it on a normal day.
Had a great couple of hours at the Leica T Walking Tour run by the Leica DC store. Fun camera, an iPhone with a lens although the touch is a little slow to respond. Just not sure I could hold it comfortable for a day.
Choices – work or New York for the day? I’ll be a good boy and go to work but jumping on the New York bus does sound like a fun day.
Gone are the days of 80F at 6am, this morning it is cold and wet. The chairs are still outside the Fruit Stand but no people, not even in their cars.
We are onto day 6 of the iPhone 6 launch and there are still a few people willing to wait inline for the new iPhone but it looks like they prefer to wait in their warm cars than sit outside the store until we open. I arrived to find a line of chairs outside the Fruit Stand but no people.
