iPhone v Blackberry
The Baltimore Sun published an interesting piece concerning feedback from users of the iPhone and Blackberry respectively.
“The results echo commonly accepted notions about the strengths and weaknesses of the rival communication devices, but also illustrate how a few changes to the iPhone – several of which are expected in June — could make it far more attractive to many more customers.”
The most surprising fact to me was the 11% dislike of the Blackberry keyboard, which came in second on the dislikes survey. I always thought the keyboard was one the areas that Blackberry users favored over the iPhone.
